Strategic Accounts Executive (Small Market)

Garner's mission is to transform the healthcare economy by delivering high-quality and affordable care for all. We are seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to join our Strategic Accounts team, reporting to the Director, Strategic Accounts, to retain and grow Garner's small group market employer clients.

Requirements

• Deep fully insured and small group self-funded health plan design and benefits knowledge
• 4+ years of experience in a commercially-oriented consultant/broker, account management, or sales role in the employee benefits space
• Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems in ambiguous strategic situations
