Job Description
An entry-level Laborer position is available in Newport News, VA. The position involves assisting the crew with daily tasks and learning essential skills in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on their feet for an entire day.
- Must be willing to complete OSHA 10 (provided by Garney).
- Must be willing to complete “Fall Protection Certification” (provided by Garney).
- Must be willing to work overtime.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to travel for work.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools (hammers, sockets, wrenches, and saws.)
- Basic knowledge of power tools. (Grinders, sawzall, drills, chainsaw, etc)
