Job Description
Garney Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee field operations on complex construction projects. The role involves leading field teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating with subcontractors. The position requires expertise in leadership, communication, and construction management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in field construction supervision
- 5+ years as a superintendent on large civil, infrastructure, or building projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of construction methods and industry best practices
- Proficiency in construction drawings and specifications
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate
