Job Description
ECC is seeking a Marine Construction Site Superintendent in the Pacific Region. This full-time position focuses on implementing field policies, managing work crews, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine construction and supervisory experience.
Requirements
- Proven ability to implement programs to address complex needs and problems
- Ability to coordinate with staff on various task assignments and field activities
- Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and requirements
- Must be able and willing to work on-site at project location with periodic travel home
- Five years of progressively responsible experience on marine construction projects
- Be a problem solver with ability to keep work on schedule
- High focus on safety and environmental compliance in a marine environment
- Travel: Must be able and willing to work on-site at project location with periodic travel home with project management approval
