Construction Superintendent - Marine

The Marine Construction Superintendent provides field leadership and oversight for marine construction projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marine construction experience
• Prior supervisory experience with demonstrated success leading, motivating, and holding crews accountable
• Working knowledge of marine construction trades
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Cost-conscious mindset with a focus on schedule adherence and quality execution
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
