Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 5–10 years of marketing experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic proposals and pursuit efforts in the engineering or construction industry
• Experience managing end-to-end pursuit processes, including capture planning, proposal development, and interview coordination
• Exceptional communication skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious, creative, and a team player
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Active listener with a strong work ethic
• Meet deadlines and have an acute attention to detail
