The Associate Director, TA Strategy & Enablement will be the strategic partner to assigned REXT member, responsible for leading and supporting strategic initiatives globally that drive business results in line with Gartner’s growth objectives. The position reports to assigned REXT Member.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategy, business operations or strategic Recruiting/HR leadership
- Strong quantitative abilities using data and technology to diagnose and identify business problems
- Demonstrated experience telling stories with data to influence executive level clients and business partners and drive change
- Ability to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Strong collaborator and business partner
- Demonstrated ability to own, manage and complete projects with high quality and attention to detail
- Extensive computer experience & proficiency with Microsoft software, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as standard reporting tools
- Excellent organization skills. Time Management and Task flexibility. Ability to multitask and change priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
