The Territory Planning Director will lead and oversee the strategic and annual planning, execution and delegation of key initiatives for territory design, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and drive innovation and continuous improvement on initiatives to enhance efficiency and increase benefit and impact to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Management consulting experience preferred, but not required
- 8+ years of experience, ideally with focus on Corporate Strategy, Business Analytics, Management Consulting, and/or Sales Strategy
- Practical, intuitive problem solver with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into quantitative analysis to drive actionable business strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders across various business units to advance project initiatives.
- Strong skills in performing and presenting financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and relational databases, with the ability to convey complex analyses through effective data storytelling.
- Team player who gets along well with your colleagues and is always ready to help get things done.
- Adaptable and quick learner who excels in fast-paced environments.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- You proactively look for opportunities to problem solve using innovative methods that impact the business.
