Join the Client Success team supporting Gartner’s Research Board service in Japan. As a change agent and C-suite engagement expert, you will play a critical role in shaping and localizing this bespoke service for the Japanese market. We seek an agile, fast learner who can adopt global best practices from overseas peers, build structure amid ambiguity, work effectively with C-level executives and internal stakeholders, and proactively drive progress without fully defined processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience
- Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
- Proven success in building trusted, value-added client relationships, preferably with experience supporting executive-level or bespoke services
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and internationally, prioritize effectively, and think critically
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and drive local adoption of proven practices
