Job Description
The HR Business Unit Partner will collaborate with the HR team and the aligned business unit to implement HR initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic objectives. The HRP will help drive people management initiatives by developing strong internal client relationships and providing coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven HR Generalist skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation
