The Recruiting Team Lead will lead and manage a recruiting team and partner closely with business unit’s leadership team members to fully understand channel and market challenges, recruiting specifications and develop an appropriate recruiting strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in a recruitment vendor/agency responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting with clear accountability for individual results
- Experience recruiting within high-volume or fast-moving markets
- People management experience is preferred or experience mentoring team members with the desire to lead a team
- In-depth knowledge of the Japanese talent market; Japanese language capability is highly preferred to work closely with local stakeholders
- Proven ability to attract, lead, motivate and inspire a team of recruiting associates
- Demonstrated ability to use applicant tracking system and social media tools
