We are seeking a high-performing, hands-on Recruiter Team Lead to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts while leading and developing a team of recruiters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success partnering directly with Hiring Managers
- Proven ability to source and place passive candidates
- Experience mentoring or leading recruiters
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance personal recruiting production with leadership responsibilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
