Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology
- Experience evaluating and implementing technologies to support talent and leadership identification and development
- Experience and comfort advising and working with CHROs and their peers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
