Gary's Wine & Marketplace is looking for a dedicated Gourmet Team Lead to lead the day-to-day operations of our Gourmet/Deli department.
Requirements
- Passion for gourmet food, including cheese, specialty foods, and thoughtful pairings
- Proven customer service and communication skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential in a retail or food-service environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Basic computer skills for inventory, scheduling, and internal communication
- Reliable team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
