The Survey Field Coordinator is responsible for managing field survey operations, including organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for land development projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification
- 10-12 years of experience in a land surveying role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; working knowledge of MicroStation is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and process survey data
- Ability to effectively lead and direct field crews to meet project goals
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees and stakeholders
