Job Description
We are looking for a Host/Hostess to be part of the Mar MÃa team and bring their talent to one of the most special gastronomic spaces in the Plaza de Ópera. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Host/Hostess or in customer service, a high level of Spanish and English, and excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Host/Hostess or in customer service in restaurants or premium environments (at least 2 years)
- High level of Spanish and English; other languages will be valued
- Management of reservation management tools (CoverManager, SevenRooms or similar)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills in high-activity moments
- Sensitivity to work in spaces where excellence and detail make a difference
- Elegant and natural presence, aligned with the casual chic concept
- Ability to keep calm and smile even under pressure
- Availability to work in Madrid
