Customer Service Officer

We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to help make everyone's journeys better. The role involves implementing customer requests, driving the tender process, and establishing commercial relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Follow and take care of the implementation of customer requests
• Drive the tender process for customers in collaboration with hierarchy
• Establish prices in accordance with approved P&L
• Negotiate prices with clients
• Review contracts commercially and legally
• Organize startup and follow up of customers
• Take care of commercial relationships with assigned customers
• Ensure proper data management
• Respond to ad hoc customer requests
• Coordinate commercial events for customers
• Handle customer complaints and participate in Quality improvement
• Anticipate complaints and control warehouse inventories
