Job Description
Weāre looking for a motivated General Manager to lead the operation of the airline catering unit, with gross revenues of $350,000 to $2.1M+ and a direct and indirect headcount of 10 to 35+ employees. The successful candidate will have a successful track record as a Manager or Assistant Manager in airline catering and 7-10 years of experience in in-flight catering or food manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Manage and direct the operation of the airline catering unit
- Lead and manage exempt staff of all Departments
- Ensure customer requirements/specifications and service requirements are met
- Drive to meet business objectives and goals
- Ensure all HACCP, FDA, Local Airport, Quality Assurance, and Airline Specifications are maintained at the highest level
