We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef to help design and prepare meals for airline customers. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chef and/or Sous Chef, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of cooks.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Culinary Arts or certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience as a Chef and/or Sous Chef required
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a cook required
- Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume food production environment preferred
- In-flight catering experience or high-volume food service experience preferred
