Sous Chef

We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef to help design and prepare meals for airline customers. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chef and/or Sous Chef, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of cooks.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Culinary Arts or certification preferred
• 1-3 years of experience as a Chef and/or Sous Chef required
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a cook required
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume food production environment preferred
• In-flight catering experience or high-volume food service experience preferred
