We are seeking a high energy and knowledge hungry candidate who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment as a Second Cook. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine cuisine and a desire to expand their culinary mind or step into the limelight as part of the area's best culinary team.

Requirements

• Attend a recognized culinary institution with a completed or in-process culinary program
• Have a minimum three (3) years of progressive, recognized culinary experience in a large kitchen/similar working environment
• Be able to follow direction and work in a fast paced environment
