Gateway Foundation is seeking a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist Training Instructor to deliver training programs for peer specialists in a Corrections setting. The role involves developing and delivering training, coordinating with certification specialists, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
Requirements
- Certification as a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) by the Florida Certification Board preferred.
- Lived experience as an adult in recovery for a minimum of 2 years from a mental health and/or substance use condition (endorsement preferred).
- Valid local driver’s license, insurance and good driving record.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check in the state of Florida.
