GCash is looking for a Manager, Strategy to drive strategic initiatives and improve internal processes. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and driving transformational initiatives to optimize performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management, and project delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Business, Management, or a related field
- Experience with ISO 9001 auditing or similar regulatory audits, with a strong understanding of compliance standards
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
- Expertise in business and data analysis, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience in change management, facilitating workshops, and leading strategic discussions
