Manager, Strategy

GCash is looking for a Manager, Strategy to drive strategic initiatives and improve internal processes. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and driving transformational initiatives to optimize performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management, and project delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience with ISO 9001 auditing or similar regulatory audits, with a strong understanding of compliance standards
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification (preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
• Expertise in business and data analysis, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience in change management, facilitating workshops, and leading strategic discussions
