Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to support international professional services clients with billing, collections, and lock-up management. The role involves maintaining accurate billing and client contact information, ensuring invoices are raised and issued in line with agreed billing schedules, and resolving billing and payment queries in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, debtor management, and lock-up
• Confident, professional communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with finance systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams
