Job description
The Transition Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning requirements from multiple legacy contracts to SUPERNATURAL. This role is temporary and will be required only during transition periods to ensure a seamless transfer of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements from legacy contracts to SUPERNATURAL.
The Transition Manager will oversee all aspects of the transition and meet weekly with the Sponsor to review contract and program/project status.
