Meat Clerk

Perform maintenance and cleanup duties in the meat department and associated areas to ensure a clean and sanitary environment. Responsibilities include sweeping and cleaning floor areas, cleaning and sanitizing meat preparation areas, and monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies. Greet customers and perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

• Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations
• Use and maintain equipment in good condition
• Be knowledgeable in the company's HAZCOM program and adhere to manufacturer's label instructions
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Assist in training associates when required
• Greet customers to the store
