Moderation Team Leader

Gear Inc. is looking for a Moderation Team Leader to join our team in Da Nang, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operational supervision of 15-25 content moderators, ensure performance metrics, and escalate abnormal issues. Responsibilities include providing answers to questions, managing team performance, and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Good English communication
• Experience in people management and team leadership
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient skills with Google platform (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google Slide) and other platforms
• Ability to work on weekends, overnights, and public holidays
• Personal traits and self-management skills to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment
