Associate Technical Director

The Gearbox Entertainment Company is an award-winning creator and distributor of entertainment for people around the world. Gearbox Entertainment develops and publishes products through its subsidiaries, Gearbox Software and Gearbox Publishing. They are looking for a technical leader to join their high-caliber publishing team to help external teams bring their vision to audiences worldwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience as Lead Programmer, Senior Engineer, or Associate Technical Director at a video game studio or publisher
• 3+ years software development experience
• Shipped at least two AAA titles (console, PC, or mobile)
• Experience identifying and assisting external teams
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and operating system environments
• Expert knowledge in one or more major functional areas of game development and publishing
