We are EOLEN, a consulting engineering and IT company, seeking a Proximity Support Technician to work on three complementary aspects: Helpdesk, Welcome Bar, and Proximity, in a large banking group.
Requirements
- User support skills in a Windows environment
- Ticketing tools (SUN or equivalent)
- Knowledge of SCCM for remote distribution and mastering
- Hardware notions (PC, screens, peripherals)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service sense
- Rigor and autonomy
- Organization and prioritization
- Ability to work in a team and interact with different IT services
- Professional bearing
- French fluency (mandatory)
- Technical English appreciated
