Requirements

• Lead small and medium-sized agile digitalization projects
• Develop solution proposals for our customers
• Motivate project team to self-organization and promotion of autonomous action
• Plan and optimize DevOps processes
• Ensure transparent reporting on project progress, risks and budget
• Communicate confidently with heart and mind
• Build yourself continuously further in new technologies to stay close to the market
• Have experience in enterprise software development
• Know-how in Agile, DevOps or common cloud platforms with microservices
• Practical experience in the use of AI technologies for process optimization and operation of relevant tools and platforms
• Good written and spoken communication in German and English
• Analytical approach and goal-oriented solution strategies
