Requirements

• lead and coordinate medium and larger digitalization projects
• advise customers competently, support in defining their requirements and design solutions for the software project
• plan and manage resources and budgets and successfully complete the projects under the guarantee of quality and timing
• lead status, kick-off and review meetings and conduct regular customer presentations
• ensure transparent reporting on project progress, risks and budget
• lead the project team professionally and motivate to self-organization and self-responsible action
