Otte Polo Group is seeking a high-performance SEO Lead who can build, execute, measure, and scale SEO as a predictable revenue channel. The successful candidate will have experience executing SEO strategies, understand what drives ROI, and lead a small team of SEO specialists while staying hands-on when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years executing SEO in a growth-focused environment
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI
• Strong WordPress experience (page builders, plugins, technical structure)
• Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members
• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush)
