SEO Lead - Growth & Performance (WordPress Focus)

We are looking for a high-performance SEO Lead who can build, execute, measure, and scale SEO as a predictable revenue channel. This role is for someone who has personally executed SEO strategies and can lead a small team of SEO specialists while staying hands-on when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years executing SEO in a growth-focused environment
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI
• Strong WordPress experience (page builders, plugins, technical structure)
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword intent strategy, link-building strategies, and conversion optimization alignment
• Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members
• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush)
