Job Description
The Web Development Specialist will manage and improve all websites and web applications within the Otte Polo Group ecosystem, collaborating with the marketing and operations team to drive business goals through digital innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong experience with WordPress and/or Shopify.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, Google Tag Manager, and analytics setup.
- Experience with version control (Git), hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare), and web performance tools (e.g., PageSpeed Insights).
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and task management skills, with attention to deadlines.
