Job Description
Web Development Specialist responsible for managing and improving all websites and web applications within the Otte Polo Group ecosystem, ensuring high-performing, responsive, SEO-optimized websites, and collaborating with marketing and operations to drive business goals through digital innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong experience with WordPress and/or Shopify
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, Google Tag Manager, and analytics setup
- Experience with version control (Git), hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare), and web performance tools (e.g., PageSpeed Insights)
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and task management skills, with attention to deadlines
