Job Description
Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) is seeking a Team Lead - Service Management to oversee the delivery of high-quality technical support to end users. The Team Lead will supervise day-to-day operations of the Service Desk team, coordinate incident and service request resolution, and maintain service quality standards.
