GEICO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations to lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to meet company recruiting goals. The manager will develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies and work closely with various business units to drive recruiting efforts across the organization.
Requirements
- Manage, coach, train and set performance goals for a team of high-volume Recruiters
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting plans are aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies
- Leverage data-driven insights to drive and meet recruiting goals
- Develop and build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor recruitment trends and develop process improvements as needed
- Create and maintain recruitment metrics on an ongoing basis
- Manages the relationship with Recruiting outsourcing vendor
