Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist

This is an excellent opportunity to join our pharmacy team and practice at the top of license! The position includes up to a $30,000 sign on bonus for qualified candidates. The Pharmacist provides quality pharmaceutical care defined as being responsible for assuring the provision of safe, efficacious and cost-effective medication therapy for all patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
• Doctoral Degree (Preferred)
• Certified Pharmacist (Pennsylvania) within 90 days
• Good teamwork skills
