Job Description
Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist will provide quality pharmaceutical care, develop and monitor evidence-based pharmacotherapy care plans, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree-Pharmacy (Required), Doctoral Degree- (Preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years-Related work experience (Required)
- Licensed Pharmacist (Pennsylvania) within 90 days - State of Pennsylvania, Licensed Pharmacist - Default Issuing Body
