Job Description
The Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist provides quality pharmaceutical care to patients, developing and monitoring evidence-based pharmacotherapy care plans to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. The pharmacist will review medication orders, provide drug information, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and effective care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
- Doctoral Degree (Preferred)
- Certified Pharmacist (Pennsylvania) within 90 days
