Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Geisinger Healthplex State College. As a CMA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, preparing and administering medications, collecting laboratory specimens, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited 1-year certificate or 2-year diploma Medical Assistant program
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assist (RMA)
- Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months
