Certified Medical Assistant - CMA

Geisinger is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team at the Geisinger Multi-Specialty Clinic in Lewistown, PA. The Certified Medical Assistant will obtain and document patient information, assist with medical procedures, and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a medical setting, and be certified as a Medical Assistant.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited 1-year certificate or 2-year diploma Medical Assistant program
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assist (RMA)
• Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
