Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, AI

Geisinger is operationalizing AI at scale across one of the nation's most integrated health systems, moving beyond pilots and proof of concepts to build capabilities that change how care is delivered and how operations run. This role provides the analytical foundation that makes good AI investment decisions possible, from measuring what is working in production to sizing what is worth building next.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare informatics
• Deep proficiency in SQL and experience querying Epic Clarity or Caboodle databases
• Demonstrated ability to build production grade dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Experience working in healthcare settings with familiarity in clinical workflows, revenue cycle metrics, or quality reporting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical findings for nontechnical audiences
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast moving environments with multiple competing priorities
• Bachelors degree in data science, informatics, health administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
