Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Discovery

Geisinger is operationalizing AI at scale and seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive real strategic decisions and make good AI investment decisions possible. The analyst will work across clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy functions to identify and advance AI opportunities, size the potential value of what the organization is considering, and provide the analytical grounding that keeps discovery work honest.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or strategy analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience accessing Epic Clarity, Caboodle, or similar clinical data repositories
• Demonstrated ability to build compelling data visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
• Experience developing business cases, ROI models, or opportunity sizing frameworks in a healthcare or technology context
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished analytical narratives and supporting documentation
• Ability to manage ambiguity and move effectively between exploratory analysis and structured deliverables
