Senior Project Manager

Gelberg Signs is a full service sign company looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, management, and execution of custom signage projects and architectural fabrications. The role involves managing client expectations, tracking budgets, and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Requirements

• Follow and help advise on established project management policies and procedures
• Work with Sales department and client in managing the client’s expectations regarding timeline and costs
• Work with the Estimating department to ensure consistency in cost proposals for the materials and overall costs
• Liaise with departments to complete work within specified time frames and keep orders within budget
• Ensure each department is using the appropriate materials by verifying dimensions, components, and cross reference them to the work orders and the production drawings
