Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
• Proven experience managing teams in a client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. SQL experience is a bonus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
