Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Designer to join our team supporting the DOE's Y-12 National Security Complex. The position is full-time and will be based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee with hybrid flexibility.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a technical field and 6+ years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma and 13+ years of relevant experience
- Citizenship - United States (U.S.) citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance
- Experience with low and medium voltage power distribution and industrial control systems
- Experience with NFPA 70, NFPA 79, and UL508A
- Experience drafting in Bentley MicroStation: One-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, lighting/power plans, installation details, Instrumentation and Controls Diagrams, conduit/cable schedules, fire alarm and communication drawings
