Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical I&C Engineer to join our team supporting the Oak Ridge National Laboratory! This position is full-time and will be based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- minimum of 6 years working in DOE nuclear facilities, naval nuclear, and/or commercial nuclear plants
- Citizenship: United States (U.S.) citizen
- Clearance: government issued clearance
- Comprehensive understanding of nuclear technology
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits and electric circuit theory, and AC power distribution concepts
- Proficiency with circuit simulation tools, AutoCAD, and printed circuit board design software
- Familiarity with HMI/PLC control systems software (preferred)
- Basic understanding of DOE Orders and Standards
- Experience with configuration management and engineering change control processes in a nuclear environment
