Job Description
The General Laborer performs a wide variety of general manual labor tasks, including tinting batches, loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
Requirements
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Utilize a variety of machines for shipping purposes
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect and store merchandise/materials, and assist with restocking
- Assist with making and tinting batches to color specification
- Clean and sanitize processing equipment, tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps
- Follow hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Arrive on time and adapt to changing priorities
- Manage time efficiently and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
