Global Operations Asset Leader (GOAL)

Global Operations Asset Leader (GOAL) is a people leadership position responsible for the clinical operations delivery of one or more assets in line with budget, timelines and quality expectations. The role involves architecting and translating the overall operational strategy and business needs, as well as developing and adapting the Asset strategy and tactics to ensure delivery meets or exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years pharmaceutical Clinical Operations experience with operations leadership at the program or asset level
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong demonstrable operational awareness including external trends and issues in the global Clinical trials landscape
• Comprehensive understanding of global Pharma Clinical development in international settings
• Demonstrated success using analytics and data-driven decision-making in strategy development and execution
• Experience in leading in a large matrixed organization and in leading a group of direct reports
• Ability to lead and work in a dynamic multi function environment
• Fluency in verbal and written English
