Transactional Senior Counsel, Legal Business Development & Corporate

Genentech seeks a strategic, experienced transactional attorney to provide legal support to Roche and Genentech's combined global Corporate Business Development team. The role requires structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex bio-pharma licensing and other strategic transactions.

Requirements

• JD with a current good standing admission to at least one US state bar
• 7 or more years of relevant practice experience with at least 4 years at a law firm
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating life sciences licensing and collaboration agreements
• Strong working knowledge of other complex and business development transaction structures
